  • 4 cups water
  • ¼ cup miso paste
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup greens (spinach, kale, or seaweed)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. Heat water in a pot until it starts to simmer.
  2. Add miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add tofu and greens, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
