Instructions
1. Place jackfruit in the slow cooker.
2. Add the vegetable broth, vegan ranch dressing mix, and vegan au jus gravy mix.
3. Place the vegan butter on top of the jackfruit.
4. Add the pepperoncini peppers.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
6. Shred the jackfruit with two forks and mix well before serving.
