Cornstarch for dusting
Instructions
Mix mochiko and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add water and stir until smooth.
Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another 2 minutes.
Dust a surface with cornstarch and transfer the mochi. Let it cool.
Cut into pieces and dust with more cornstarch.
