  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves plus extra for garnish
  • ½ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup Simple Syrup
  • 2 cups Club Soda
  • 1 cup White Rum optional
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pitcher, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. 2. Add the rum (if using) and club soda. Stir well to combine.
  3. 3. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes and stir again.
  4. 4. Garnish with extra mint leaves and lime slices. Serve immediately.
