  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease four ramekins.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Divide batter evenly among ramekins.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. The center should be slightly gooey.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
