In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add melted vegan butter, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the coating. Melt the vegan butter in another bowl.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and pinch off small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place the coated balls in the bundt pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
