Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the mushrooms and asparagus, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
