Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the mushrooms and asparagus, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
