  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Kale, chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add kale, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until kale is wilted, about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
