Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the mushrooms are crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
