Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 tortillas Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  6. Serve the vegetable mixture in warm tortillas.
