Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until they release their juices.
  4. Add bok choy, cook until wilted.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
