Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Stir in balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Top each baguette slice with the mushroom mixture and garnish with fresh parsley.
