Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Top each baguette slice with the mushroom mixture and garnish with fresh parsley.
