Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 unit Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup Vegan Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano.
  4. Spread the sliced mushrooms evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled vegan goat cheese on top.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  7. Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
