  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Spread the mushroom mixture over the puff pastry. Sprinkle goat cheese and thyme on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
