Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. 2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  4. 4. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
