Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 unit Onion small, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 slices Bread whole grain
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Toast the bread slices.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the mushroom mixture between two slices of toasted bread.
