Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  5. 5. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Slowly add vegetable broth while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  7. 7. Add soy sauce and thyme, then let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
  8. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Serve hot over your favorite dish.
