Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup snow peas trimmed
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add mushrooms and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add snow peas, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
