Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
