Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until they release their moisture.
  4. Add spinach, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  6. Fill tortillas with mushroom-spinach mixture.
