Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until soft.
  4. Add crumbled tofu and turmeric, mix well.
  5. Add spinach, cook until wilted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
