Mushroom Truffle Oil Tagliatelle
A delicious vegan pasta dish with mushrooms and truffle oil.

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle dried
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 250 g Mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Truffle Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley fresh
- 1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 
- 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 
- 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and golden brown. 
- 4. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet and toss to combine with the mushrooms and garlic. 
- 5. Drizzle the truffle oil over the pasta and season with salt and black pepper to taste. 
- 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
