Mushroom Truffle Oil Tagliatelle
A delicious vegan pasta dish with mushrooms and truffle oil.

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle dried
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 250 g Mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Truffle Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley fresh
1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and golden brown.
4. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet and toss to combine with the mushrooms and garlic.
5. Drizzle the truffle oil over the pasta and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
