Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 cup Black Beans cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, pulse the mushrooms until finely chopped.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushrooms, mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
