Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup warm water

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add olive oil and warm water, mix to form dough.
  3. Knead dough for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Let dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 8 pieces, roll each into a ball.
  6. Roll out each ball into a flat circle.
  7. Cook each naan on a hot skillet until bubbles form, flip and cook the other side.
