Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
