No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs vegan
- 0.5 cup Coconut Oil melted
Filling
- 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 1 cup Coconut Cream chilled
- 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted coconut oil until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
In a blender, combine peanut butter, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
