Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs vegan
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Oil melted

Filling

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy
  • 1 cup Coconut Cream chilled
  • 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted coconut oil until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In a blender, combine peanut butter, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
