Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts chopped
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chopped nuts.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup and coconut oil over low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
