Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix oats, flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Fold in raisins if using.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool on a wire rack.
