- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cranberries, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
