Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the raisins.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
