  • 2 cups mashed potatoes leftover or freshly made
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop about ¼ cup of the potato mixture and shape into a patty. Place in the skillet.
  4. 4. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
