Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed olives pitted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Capers drained
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. In a food processor, combine the olives, garlic, capers, lemon juice, and olive oil. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
  5. Spread the olive tapenade onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
