  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • ½ cup Vegan blue cheese crumbled

Instructions 

  1. Slice the baguette, brush with olive oil, and toast.
  2. Caramelize the onions with a bit of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread vegan blue cheese on the toasted baguette slices.
  4. Top with caramelized onions.
