Ingredients 

Flatbread Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Topping Ingredients

  • 2 cups Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Vegan goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, warm water, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. 4. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Spread the sliced onions evenly over the dough.
  6. 6. Crumble the vegan goat cheese over the onions.
  7. 7. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
