Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice and agar-agar powder.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and mandarin oranges.
Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
