Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Orange juice freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon Agar-agar powder vegan gelatin substitute
  • 1 cup Mandarin oranges canned or fresh, segmented
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup or any sweetener of choice

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice and agar-agar powder.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and mandarin oranges.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
