  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, water, and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of water to make a slurry.
  3. Add the slurry to the saucepan and cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in orange zest and remove from heat.
  5. Let it cool before serving.
