Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
Cut in coconut oil until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in sesame seeds.
Press mixture into a tart pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
In a saucepan, combine orange juice, orange zest, maple syrup, and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour filling into baked crust.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
