Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 package Vegan chicken strips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes to curdle.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip vegan chicken strips into the almond milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture. Repeat for a thicker coating.
  5. Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
