Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Carrot slices
- 1 cup Bell pepper strips
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
