  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well to mix.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir and top with fresh berries if desired.
