Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 block Tofu firm, cubed
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 small Onion sliced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the vegetable broth, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the sliced onion and cook until soft.
  4. 4. Add the cubed tofu and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the tofu mixture over the cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
