Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 bunch Scallions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and cold water until smooth.
  2. Add the scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to the batter. Mix well.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the pan and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
