  • 10 leaves Pandan leaves fresh
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the pandan leaves thoroughly and tie them into a knot.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the pandan leaves and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the pandan leaves and add the coconut milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4. Serve warm or chilled.
