Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Vegan paneer
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk and sugar. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add vegan paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
