  • 200 g Vegan Paneer
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the vegan paneer into cubes.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. 6. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
