Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or sourdough
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Mixed Veggies e.g., bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread hummus on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer mixed veggies on two of the bread slices.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, hummus side down.
  5. 5. Place sandwiches in the panini press and cook for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
