  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Agar agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, and agar agar powder.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, whisking constantly.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.
