  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast vegan parmesan substitute
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut carrots into fry shapes.
  3. Toss carrots with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
