Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 1 cup vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut zucchinis into fry shapes.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour and almond milk to create a batter.
  4. In another bowl, combine vegan parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dip zucchini fries in the batter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
