Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut zucchinis into fry shapes.
In one bowl, mix flour and almond milk to create a batter.
In another bowl, combine vegan parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip zucchini fries in the batter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
