  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the orzo and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly toasted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
